Cup of Gold captures the more cinematic, anthemic side of Seattlite composer Dan Koch (Sherwood, The Long Valley). Organic and inspiring, these songs are warm and lush, often featuring strings, unique percussion, subtle vocal layers and unexpected textures.   Like the city he calls home, these songs are both challenging and familiar, pushing boundaries but always satisfying.
