Frankie Lite is the infectiously positive alter-ego of artist Mark Francis. In their debut EP, Lite channels an uplifting funk pop spirit reminiscent of early Curtis Mayfield with a modern 808 rhythm section and anthemic horns. Head-nodding acoustic drums created by fellow Marmoset producer/drummer Ryan James Carr tie together a compelling story of hope and optimism… with a hint of boom bap!
