Maido

Maido is a side project of multi-instrumentalist composer/producer Matheo Techer from France. Growing up in a family of musicians in Reunion Island off the coast of Madagascar, he developed a strong love for ethnic music and sounds from all around the world. His music is a mix of organic indie/pop/folk and cinematic music. After meeting Quincy Jones and performing in his Jazz Club in Dubai, Matheo moved to LA, where he has been writing for film and tv, often composing for symphonic orchestras. His career also includes collaborations with many renown artists such as Maro, Naika, Munir Hossn and many more.
