TOLU. is a first 1st generation Nigerian-American, who was born in Brooklyn, and raised in Jamaica, Queens. He got his start in the music industry engineering some of Hip-Hop’s New wave artist such as 21 Savage, Lil Uzi Vert, Pnb Rock in the onset of careers at an Atlantic Internship under the direction of Grammy Award winning Engineer Blue Mikaelin. TOLU's sound can be defined as a new wave of alternative rhythmic contemporary genre-bending Afro-swing. He’s a one-stop shop who’s able to produce, record, mix and master. He currently resides, in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn.
